Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The Destination Panner, we provide travel and tour services including holiday packages, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements. Since we deal in services and not physical products, this policy covers the confirmation and delivery of travel documents, vouchers, and itineraries.
1. Service Confirmation
- After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS on your registered contact details.
- The confirmation includes package details, travel dates, inclusions, and support contacts.
2. Delivery of Travel Vouchers & Documents
- E-tickets, hotel vouchers, itineraries, and invoices are delivered digitally via email and/or WhatsApp within 24–48 working hours after successful payment.
- For last-minute bookings, documents are shared at the earliest possible time.
3. Physical Delivery (If Required)
- On request, hard copies can be couriered within India. Additional courier/shipping charges may apply.
- Typical delivery timeline: 5–7 working days (location dependent).
4. Delays & Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect email/phone, service provider issues, or events beyond our control.
