Welcome to The Destination Panner. By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your trip.
Final travel documents will be issued only after full payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

We accept payment via online transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other approved methods.
All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice before booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@thedestinationpanner.com.
Cancellation charges apply as per the individual package policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary in case of unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.).
Major changes will be informed in advance and alternatives will be provided where possible.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, accidents, and medical emergencies.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (passport, ID, tickets, etc.).
Respect local customs, culture, and laws during your travel.
The Destination Panner is not liable for any loss caused due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Destination Panner acts as an agent between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.). We are not liable for delays, accidents, or service failures beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and data on this website are the property of The Destination Panner. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
