Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Destination Panner, we understand that travel plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness while keeping service provider commitments in mind.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be sent to info.thedestinationpanner01@gmail.com with your booking reference number.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation relative to the trip start date.
Standard Cancellation Charges:
  • ✔ More than 30 days before the trip: Full refund (after deducting 5% service charges)
  • ✔ 15–30 days before the trip: 50% refund
  • ✔ 7–14 days before the trip: 25% refund
  • ❌ Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund

*Certain packages (especially hotel bookings, flights, or third-party inclusions) may carry stricter cancellation policies as per vendor terms.

2. Cancellation by The Destination Panner

  • If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, minimum group not met, etc.), you will receive a full refund.
  • We may also offer alternate dates or packages based on your preference.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • For UPI or bank transfers, you may be required to provide additional account details.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Flight/train tickets booked through us (subject to airline/IRCTC rules)
  • Visa or permit fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Any advance paid for special requests or peak season bookings

5. No-Show or Early Departure

No refund will be provided if the traveler fails to show up for the trip or chooses to leave early for personal reasons.

6. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, political unrest, government restrictions).
